LINA elects three new Governing Board members, including IAF’s Learning and Education Manager, Bláithín Quinn
Strategic decisions in LINA are made through frequent consultations with internal governing bodies. This year, three new members are joining the Governing Board: Bláithín Quinn, Elena Falomo, and Karin Oberhuber.
The General Assembly at the LINA Forum brought together all member organisations for discussions on the platform's trajectory. Bláithín Quinn, Learning and Education Manager, attended on behalf of the IAF, and we are delighted to announce that she was elected to the LINA Governing Board for the next 2 years. Through a democratic nomination and voting process, the General Assembly elects from among its members the Governing Board, which works closely with the LINA Team to guide the work of the platform.
In Pristina, the General Assembly confirmed the election of a total of three new members of the Governing Board:
Bláithín Quinn, Irish Architecture Foundation (Ireland)
Elena Falomo, Bolwerk (Belgium)
Karin Oberhuber, HDA – House of Architecture (Austria)
Two members of the Governing Board remain for the conclusion of their 2-year mandate:
Josephine Michau, Copenhagen Architecture Forum (Denmark)
Irhana Šehović, ARhitektonska RAdiona (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
With this election, Freo Majer, Ivan Blasi, and Tinatin Gurgenidze concluded their mandates, and on behalf of the whole community, LINA expressed sincere thanks for their work and their support. You can see the previous Governing Board members on the LINA website.
