Lecture: Travis Price

American architect and philosopher Travis Price will deliver a lecture on Spirit of Place, discussing his work and an installation on the island of Inishturk.

Invited by Mayo County Council, architect Travis Price of the School of Architecture of the Catholic University School of Architecture Washington, has designed with his students an architectural installation on the island of Inishturk Co. Mayo. The installation will be informed by geology, ecology, mythology, history and specifically the past and present Diaspora celebrated by ‘The Gathering 2013’.
