Pop-Up Dublin Biennial 2012

Dublin’s first Pop-Up Biennial of International Modern and Contemporary Art will take place from the 15th – 24th June in the Dublin Biennial Gallery at the Point Village. Fifty-five international artists from twenty-one different countries will be showcasing work which addresses the topics of Identity, Role, Public, Engagement, Community and Communication.

Different events, including films, installations and pop-up conversations between architects, artists and scholars will cover the themes of ‘Art and Architecture’, ‘Reclaiming Space in the Modern City’ and ‘Why Dublin?’ over the course of the Biennial.
